it feels good to be back drinking some really exciting things! i took 2 months off to prepare my body for a summer of reuniting with everyone i hadn’t seen for 14 months and it did me some good. throughout those months i did not feel tempted to drink, but i did miss certain things. one of these was ice cold–and mineral forward–white wine.

we drank this at pigeons at around 1 on a saturday and there is not a better wine for that occasion. it was bright, citrusy, and incredibly dry. perfect to have catching up with friends and eating french fries. i love vermentino and this was no exception. pick it up here, or head to pigeons and drink it.
