iparita, little giant

i’m fully vaxxed and ready to drink things i can’t (or don’t) want to make at home. the iparita from portland’s little giant is just that. a beer (ipa) based cocktail with tequila, campari, and lime juice. it is the best ipa i have drank in a while and was perfect to have with an early lunch. some beer cocktails feel like a poorly made jungle juice. this really stood out because of how well each ingredient fit with each other. go here and get it!
