there are a lot of wellness beverages out on the market but this is the gold standard of wellness beverages. yes, it’s insanely expensive. but it’s my substitute to most peoples’ 11 dollar coffee purchase. it’s filled with ~natural electrolytes~ so it’s a perfect treat for a saturday morning filled with errands. the flavor is sweet compared to the other commercial coconut waters sold in america (harmless harvest uses a specific kind of Thai Nam Hom coconut which they claim are “fresh and crisp” (i believe it!). i prefer the smallest bottle possible as anything else will make my teeth feel weird for several hours. buy it at the natural foods store.
