calamansi seltzer, sanzo
as my no drinking streak continues, the flavors of seltzer keep getting more sophisticated around here. calamansi is a citrus from the philippines that is a hybrid of a kumquat (which i’ve never had) and a mandarin orange (which i have had a thousand times). the flavor is really pleasant. the good people at sanzo use whole fruits so the mouthfeel has more of a pulp kind of “spindrift” vibe that i love. the branding is also fun and will ensure that you can instagram story your work station knowing that people will not be shit talking your bubbly water choice. i’d drink this with mezcal too if i was feeling spicy. buy it here.
